Mitchell A. Greene
Mitch Greene concentrates his practice in the areas of general business litigation and employment law. He has successfully litigated numerous matters in both state and federal court involving contractual disputes, insurance coverage and bad faith, employment disputes and employment discrimination, real estate disputes, securities litigation, directors’ and officers’ liability, and appeals. He also offers counseling to both large and small businesses in employment matters such as compliance with state and federal employment laws and the drafting and review of employee manuals, employment policies, severance agreements, and non-competition agreements.
Whether representing a Fortune 500 company or a small family-owned business, Mitch prides himself on his attention to detail and efficiency in advocating for his clients from the inception of litigation through trial. He has extensive trial and arbitration experience and has obtained favorable outcomes for his clients in nearly every instance. Litigation can be an expensive and time-consuming process for businesses, however Mitch believes that it is always possible to achieve a favorable result for his clients by developing a litigation strategy that is consistent with their business concerns.
Outside of his practice, Mitch is an avid follower of University of Texas athletics and enjoys reading, volunteering for organizations assisting veterans of the armed forces, and spending time with his wife, Elizabeth, and their two dogs, Stanley and Chewie.
