Prianka Ghanta concentrates her practice in the areas of federal and state securities law, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, private equity, business and venture finance transactions, general corporate matters, and commercial litigation. Prianka represents companies throughout the various stages of the business life cycle and works on matters involving complex litigation as well.
Prior to joining Alerding Castor, Prianka gained litigation experience clerking part-time at a law firm while attending law school. During law school, she competed in the Robert H. Staton Intramural Moot Court Competition and achieved entry into the Order of the Barristers. Prianka also interned for Chief Judge Magnus-Stinson at the United States District Court of the Southern District of Indiana and was the Associate Justice of Scorekeeping for the Robert H. Staton Intramural Moot Court Competition.
